Here is a newer screenshot of The Eternal Quest which is 100% original artwork, we have a lot more than this now but we don't want to show off too much right now as we want to get the first area of the game finished first

1) Mario is obviously not original

2) Sorry about the size its 800x600 and I didn't want it to lose any quality

New screenshot Empty use of the editor

its been 2 weeks since i worked on world art so im going to finish that up by the end of the week. im going to upload a rough draft of it on here too. can any one do a tut on the editor cus idk how to use it :/ after loading/applying my demension for the map it just stays at a grey screen.

The very latest build is fucked because luke didn't test it and currently can't rebuilt it ( QT IDE is playing up )

The older build however I think you'll find very very straight forward to use

File->New Map

MapName- ( optional )
TileSheet- ( The tilesheet you want to use for the map )

MapWidth and MapHeight are just the size of the map in tiles

I.E. 5x5 = 160 pixels X&Y

Also you probably know this but even luke made this mistake once, tilesets MUST be 2^

they can't be
24x128
126x126
255x244

They can be
128x128
256x256
512x512

If they arn't in 2^ then then tiles will be invisible or appear as a white square
You probably know this for the engine but QT uses OpenGL too
